Year 2. Session 4. Week 4.

The Eagles continued on their quest to bring their business ideas to life in Week 4 while focusing on developing a specific trait that many heroes who have come before exhibit when faced with challenges: GRIT. This was highlighted throughout the week by showcasing that effort matters just as much, if not more, than talent or knowledge.

The Eagles have made their last two pit stops through the E-Ship archipelago: Hiring Island and Competition & Substitute Island. At one of these stops, the tribe was split into various groups to explore the efficiencies of an assembly line through a challenge inspired by one Ascent hero’s Children’s Business Fair idea from last year! Each group was tasked with putting together care kits for Austin’s homeless community and, in just under 30 minutes of work time, the studio as a whole completed almost 150 kits to be distributed!
