Explorers Work Hard and Play Hard 

This week, our explorers began building their community through a fun Lip Dub, team games, and meaningful discussions about what it means to be part of a culture that values both independence and responsibility. The “Build A Tribe” quest was an intentional launch into creating an extraordinary culture of learning. Daily rituals like greetings, shared lunches, and studio cleaning helped build trust and camaraderie. There was plenty of challenge, growth, and reflection. Many learners shared excitement about returning, moving to a new studio, or starting at a new school. Together, we’re forming a team dedicated to extraordinary learning, and everyone is eager to get started. We’re looking forward to a fantastic year ahead!
